Unterholzner family
Andreas and Evi, along with their daughters Maria and Katharina, are looking forward to welcoming you to their Neuhaus farm!
"Our goal is to create a place that radiates the beneficial power of simplicity and silence."
The key to a happy life is the willingness to perceive the happiness of the moment.
We offer simplicity, naturalness, and something special.
A place of deceleration, where time seems to stand still.
Our resolutions
We are convinced that humans should live in harmony with nature.
Here you can read about our principles, which we live by and which you can enjoy with us!

LIFE WITHOUT PLASTIC
Environmentally friendly materials
Plastic makes our lives easier, but it's destroying the planet. We've consciously chosen to use as little plastic as possible.

FRESH SPRING WATER
The natural drinking experience
Enjoy and explore our delicious spring water straight from the tap. Being able to drink mountain-fresh water is both a pleasure and a luxury in today's world.

LIFE WITHOUT RADIATION
Escape the radiation
We have decided to reduce the radiation in our house. We want to give you the opportunity to relax in a place where you are not constantly exposed to radiation.

SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS
High-quality raw materials
We have furnished our apartments with only the best. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere with clay plaster and solid wood furnishings.

PROXIMITY TO NATURE
in the middle of the forest
Our farm is a sunny, peaceful spot to linger, relax, and enjoy yourself, beautifully nestled amidst woods and meadows. Breathe in our fresh, clean air and unwind!

STRESS-FREE LIFE
Finding oneself
In today's fast-paced world, nothing can happen quickly enough, and this increasing pressure is taking its toll. Our centuries-old farmstead is happy to offer you a place of refuge.

Our Highland cattle
The oldest registered cattle breed
The Scottish Highland cattle, also known as Highland or Kyloe, belong to the breed of domestic cattle. This breed was first registered in 1884. It originates from northwest Scotland, where it has developed its characteristic traits over centuries through natural selection – the small and relatively light Highland cattle are considered docile, robust, and long-lived; they are suitable for year-round outdoor grazing and calve easily and frequently, even without human assistance.
Our farm offers the opportunity to admire these Highland cattle! In summer, the animals are on the alpine pasture, and in winter, they are right behind our house.
